The purpose of this survey is to reflect on the past 2 years and provide feedback on the OwlConnect implementation: effectiveness of the process, participation from various Rice stakeholder groups (eg DAR, Jones, Baker, OIT, campus partners, Executive sponsors), valuable lessons learned, effectiveness of our implementation partners, and any other considerations for future organizational initiatives.

IMPORTANT: Please keep comments professional and avoid calling out individuals negatively. This is meant to be a learning exercise.

Design cycles and solution build out (CRM / BBIS / Customizations)

Feedback related to the iterative design cycle which included training, design sessions, and design validation

Data mapping and conversion

Feedback related to the data mapping process, iterative conversion cycles following each design session, and final conversion

Testing

Feedback related to the testing process

Organizational change management and training (staffing, procedures, training, BAC)

Feedback on change management effectiveness, end user training, project resources, usage of the BAC in providing guidance, etc
